New API Kerbside Fields

Below is a list of fields that currently come through for Kerbsides that are now required for FullRegistered when it’s a Kerbside.

Kerbside Identification

The data should be identified as being a Kerbside response by:

If an external inspection is not appropriate the comment as to why should be entered in //FullRegistered/Disclaimer. If the kerbside is appropriate the disclaimer element should either be dropped all together or it should be left blank.

Report Integrity Questions

The report integrity questions are designed as prompts to the valuer to ensure they have covered off areas of concern.
The questions are modeled around the RiskRating node and uses the following XPath for flagging ‘Yes/No/Unknown’ responses to the questions:

The rating values that should be used here are:

In addition, each of these questions is distinguished by a separate RiskRating Identifiers used with the following XPath:

VRA Questions

Valuation Risk Alerts (VRAs) are required by certain clients/funders.
Each risk item on a report can either be checked or unchecked (Yes/No), and if checked a comment could be entered.
A VRA question are modelled around the RiskRating node and uses the following XPath for flagging ‘Yes/No’ responses to the questions

The rating values that should be used here are:
